Rosanne Bélanger is a bilingual facilitator and an accomplished trainer. She has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and over 25 years of experience in the field of education and adult learning. Her training expertise includes work in areas ranging from needs analysis, design and delivery, and group facilitation to program evaluation and validation. Rosanne has an impressive track record with both public and private sector clients; her innovative and interactive approach is successful in achieving desired results.

Heather Johnston has 30 years experience in education and training. She has a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations and has twice been a jury member for the United Nations Intercultural Innovation Award. She has worked for public, private and voluntary sector organizations including the Canadian Foreign Service Institute, the University of British Columbia, Télécom Lille 1 and World University Service of Canada (WUSC). 

Valerie Ruhe has a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a focus on statistics, research methods, testing and programme evaluation from the University of  British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.  She has 15 years of  work experience in distance education, K-12,  higher education and medical education at top universities in Canada and the United States. She recently designed competency models to align learning objectives for Masters and PhD programmes in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine at 75 colleges across the United States.

Darren Schemmer provides executive management services and coaching. He has an MBA with a focus on human resources development. His 25 year career in diplomacy and international development included positions as a Canadian ambassador and as an Assistant Deputy Minister in the Canadian government. Having lived and worked in Canada, Egypt, Ghana, Haiti, Honduras, Malawi and the United States, he brings practical strategic insights to organizations working with multicultural workforces and international partners.
